15Cr11MoVA不(bu)銹鋼套筒(tong)是汽輪機組上(shang)的(de)重要零件。由于它在高(gao)(gao)溫、高(gao)(gao)壓下長期工(gong)作(zuo),因(yin)而(er)要求它的(de)內部(bu)表面和小(xiao)孔(kong)具(ju)(ju)有(you)高(gao)(gao)強度,高(gao)(gao)的(de)抗蝕性和耐(nai)磨(mo)性,而(er)外部(bu)表面則要求具(ju)(ju)有(you)良好的(de)可加工(gong)性。為了滿足這些要求,對(dui)套筒(tong)內表面和小(xiao)孔(kong)要進(jin)行氮化處理,而(er)對(dui)其外部(bu)表面應采(cai)取鍍錫防滲(shen)氮措施。
2. 電刷鍍錫工藝(yi)流程
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)凈(jing)(jing)(電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)凈(jing)(jing)溶液(ye)見(jian)表4-42中(zhong)的 1號電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)凈(jing)(jing)液(ye),工(gong)(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)16V,時間為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)凈(jing)(jing)至(zhi)(zhi)表面(mian)(mian)均勻(yun)潤濕不(bu)掛(gua)水珠為止)→水沖洗(xi)→活(huo)化(hua)(活(huo)化(hua)溶液(ye)成分(fen)硫(liu)(liu)酸 80g/L,硫(liu)(liu)酸銨110g/L,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為+12V,反接(jie)(jie),即工(gong)(gong)件(jian)接(jie)(jie)正極(ji),鍍(du)筆接(jie)(jie)負極(ji),表面(mian)(mian)活(huo)化(hua)至(zhi)(zhi)均勻(yun)淺灰(hui)色后,變電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓為-12V,正接(jie)(jie),即工(gong)(gong)件(jian)接(jie)(jie)負極(ji),表面(mian)(mian)活(huo)化(hua)至(zhi)(zhi)均勻(yun)較深灰(hui)色為止)→水沖洗(xi)→刷鍍(du)錫[鍍(du)錫溶液(ye)成分(fen)參見(jian)4.9.12之(3),工(gong)(gong)作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓 3~7V,溫度室(shi)溫,陽極(ji)與工(gong)(gong)件(jian)之間的相對(dui)運動速率為15~16m/min,錫層厚(hou)度為 6~7μm]→水→中(zhong)和(用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)凈(jing)(jing)液(ye)無電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)擦技)→熱水授泡(溫度 50℃熱水,時間5min)→干(gan)燥→氨(an)化(hua)(鍍(du)錫后3天(tian)內)。
