1. 紐扣電池和電池殼體(ti)


一般的(de)干電(dian)池(chi)為錳(meng)電(dian)池(chi)或堿(jian)電(dian)池(chi),其殼體使(shi)用(yong)表面處(chu)理鋼(gang)(gang)材再經過涂裝(zhuang)即可,而電(dian)子精密儀器所使(shi)用(yong)的(de)紐(niu)扣電(dian)池(chi)用(yong)材,處(chu)于(yu)表面處(chu)理鋼(gang)(gang)板和不銹鋼(gang)(gang)鋼(gang)(gang)板的(de)競爭的(de)狀態。在紐(niu)扣電(dian)池(chi)中,有(you)堿(jian)電(dian)池(chi)、氧化(hua)銀電(dian)池(chi)、二(er)氧化(hua)錳(meng)鋰(li)電(dian)池(chi)和空(kong)氣鋅電(dian)池(chi)等各(ge)種類型(xing)電(dian)池(chi)。


不銹鋼具有(you)耐(nai)腐蝕性(xing),適合制作電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)殼(ke)體。但(dan)由于耐(nai)腐蝕的氧化膜(mo)而使(shi)(shi)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)惡(e)化,因(yin)此多(duo)使(shi)(shi)用鍍鎳(nie)(nie)的表面處理(li)鋼(gang)板。不銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)亦可以用于廉價的玩具類(lei)產品,但(dan)在高性(xing)能產品中,則使(shi)(shi)用鍍鎳(nie)(nie)的不銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)。在電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)種(zhong)類(lei)當中,氧化銀電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),二氧化錳鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)應用較廣。鍍鎳(nie)(nie)不銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)的代表型(xing)鋼(gang)種(zhong)SUS304鍍鎳(nie)(nie)后(hou),使(shi)(shi)用者較多(duo)。最近為了降低生產成(cheng)本,轉為使(shi)(shi)用鐵素體系列的SUS430不銹(xiu)(xiu)鋼(gang)鍍鎳(nie)(nie)。


 2. 鋰離子電池殼體


 用(yong)(yong)在(zai)小(xiao)型(xing)鋰(li)(li)離(li)子(zi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)殼體(ti)材(cai)料中(zhong)(zhong),有表(biao)面處理鋼板、不銹鋼和鋁三方(fang)(fang)面的(de)(de)競(jing)爭,在(zai)開(kai)(kai)發初期(qi),因(yin)為鋰(li)(li)離(li)子(zi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)存在(zai)爆炸危險性,所(suo)以(yi)(yi),對表(biao)面處理鋼板和不銹鋼作為殼體(ti)材(cai)料而(er)(er)展開(kai)(kai)研(yan)討(tao)論證。因(yin)為小(xiao)型(xing)的(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)離(li)子(zi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)是(shi)長方(fang)(fang)體(ti),像使(shi)用(yong)(yong)完畢而(er)(er)扔掉(diao)的(de)(de)打火(huo)機(ji)那(nei)樣(yang)形狀(zhuang),雖(sui)然使(shi)用(yong)(yong)表(biao)面處理鋼板并具備沖(chong)(chong)壓(ya)(ya)成型(xing)性優勢,但在(zai)常溫下,靈活充分地使(shi)用(yong)(yong)沖(chong)(chong)壓(ya)(ya)機(ji)床,開(kai)(kai)發多(duo)種工(gong)藝(yi)方(fang)(fang)式的(de)(de)沖(chong)(chong)壓(ya)(ya)技(ji)(ji)術(shu),可(ke)以(yi)(yi)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)不銹鋼進(jin)行(xing)超深(shen)度(du)拉深(shen)工(gong)藝(yi),制(zhi)造(zao)出(chu)不銹鋼產(chan)(chan)(chan)品化(hua)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)殼體(ti)。近來,在(zai)數碼照相(xiang)機(ji)和手機(ji)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)鋰(li)(li)離(li)子(zi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi),考慮到輕量化(hua),則鋁殼體(ti)鋰(li)(li)離(li)子(zi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)亦產(chan)(chan)(chan)品化(hua)了,在(zai)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)不銹鋼材(cai)料制(zhi)造(zao)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)中(zhong)(zhong),東京(jing)都大田區的(de)(de)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)實力很強。沖(chong)(chong)壓(ya)(ya)行(xing)業人(ren)員(yuan)采用(yong)(yong)超深(shen)拉深(shen)進(jin)行(xing)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)制(zhi)造(zao)。可(ke)以(yi)(yi)說鋁和不銹鋼在(zai)鋰(li)(li)離(li)子(zi)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)殼體(ti)行(xing)業存在(zai)著激烈(lie)的(de)(de)材(cai)料競(jing)爭。


 大(da)型(xing)鋰離子電池(chi)(chi),曾以NEDO為(wei)中心,聯合電池(chi)(chi)生產廠家參與(yu),分別開發了移動(dong)(dong)型(xing)和(he)定置型(xing)。圓柱(zhu)形(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)長方體形(xing)(xing)(xing)的電池(chi)(chi)殼(ke)(ke)體,使用(yong)不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)材料。圓柱(zhu)形(xing)(xing)(xing)使用(yong)激光焊接制造殼(ke)(ke)體,長方體形(xing)(xing)(xing)則采用(yong)超深(shen)拉深(shen)工(gong)藝(yi)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)加工(gong),而盒蓋(gai)使用(yong)激光焊接進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)接合。雖然正(zheng)處于開發階段(duan),但已經決定在(zai)2010年(nian)在(zai)主(zhu)力(li)客機波音789上(shang),裝設這種(zhong)鋰離子電池(chi)(chi)。所(suo)用(yong)鋼(gang)(gang)種(zhong)為(wei)SUS304、SUS304L不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang),板(ban)厚為(wei)0.6-0.8mm,在(zai)常溫下利(li)用(yong)多道工(gong)序沖壓(ya)成(cheng)形(xing)(xing)(xing)。期望在(zai)市區(qu)內行(xing)(xing)駛(shi)的電力(li)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)而在(zai)郊(jiao)區(qu)是使用(yong)汽(qi)油作(zuo)為(wei)燃料進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)的兩種(zhong)動(dong)(dong)力(li)汽(qi)車,或電動(dong)(dong)汽(qi)車上(shang),作(zuo)為(wei)二次電池(chi)(chi),在(zai)實用(yong)化方面取得了顯著進(jin)(jin)展。從(cong)鍍層(ceng)鋼(gang)(gang)板(ban)到(dao)不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)的不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼(gang)(gang)化的重點是加工(gong)性和(he)耐(nai)腐蝕(shi)性。
