一、爆破片(pian)概述


  爆(bao)(bao)破片(pian)(pian)的作用是(shi)(shi)在設(she)備(bei)或(huo)管道(dao)(dao)壓(ya)力突然升高尚未引起爆(bao)(bao)炸(zha)前,由于爆(bao)(bao)破片(pian)(pian)兩側壓(ya)力差(cha)達到預定溫(wen)度下的預定值時(shi),即先行破裂,排(pai)出(chu)設(she)備(bei)或(huo)管道(dao)(dao)內的高壓(ya)介質(zhi)。因此(ci)爆(bao)(bao)破片(pian)(pian)是(shi)(shi)防(fang)止設(she)備(bei)或(huo)管道(dao)(dao)破裂的一種安(an)全泄(xie)(xie)放(fang)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)。爆(bao)(bao)破片(pian)(pian)安(an)全裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)具有結構(gou)簡單(dan)、靈敏(min)、準確(que)、無泄(xie)(xie)漏、泄(xie)(xie)放(fang)能力強等優點。能夠在黏(nian)稠、高溫(wen)、低溫(wen)、腐蝕的環境下可(ke)靠地(di)工作,還是(shi)(shi)超高壓(ya)容器(qi)的理想安(an)全裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)(zhi)。

二、爆破片(pian)的分類


  按(an)照結(jie)構(gou)型(xing)式(shi)來(lai)分(fen)類,爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)主要有三種,即平(ping)板型(xing)、正(zheng)拱(gong)(gong)型(xing)和反(fan)(fan)拱(gong)(gong)型(xing)。平(ping)板型(xing)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)(de)綜(zong)合(he)性能較差,主要用(yong)于(yu)(yu)低壓(ya)和超(chao)低壓(ya)工況,尤其(qi)是大型(xing)料倉。正(zheng)拱(gong)(gong)型(xing)和反(fan)(fan)拱(gong)(gong)型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)應用(yong)場(chang)合(he)較多。對于(yu)(yu)傳統的(de)(de)(de)正(zheng)拱(gong)(gong)型(xing)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian),其(qi)工作(zuo)(zuo)原理是利用(yong)材料的(de)(de)(de)拉(la)伸強(qiang)度來(lai)控制爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)壓(ya)力(li)(li),爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)(de)拱(gong)(gong)出方(fang)向與壓(ya)力(li)(li)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)方(fang)向一致。在使(shi)用(yong)中(zhong)發現(xian),所有的(de)(de)(de)正(zheng)拱(gong)(gong)型(xing)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)都(dou)存在相同的(de)(de)(de)局限:爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)時(shi),爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)碎片(pian)(pian)會進入泄(xie)放(fang)管道;由(you)于(yu)(yu)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)心厚度被有意減弱,易于(yu)(yu)因(yin)疲勞(lao)而提前爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po);操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)壓(ya)力(li)(li)不能超(chao)過(guo)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)最小爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)壓(ya)力(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)65%,由(you)此導致了反(fan)(fan)拱(gong)(gong)型(xing)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)(de)出現(xian)。這種爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)利用(yong)材料的(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)壓(ya)強(qiang)度來(lai)控制其(qi)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)壓(ya)力(li)(li),較之(zhi)(zhi)傳統的(de)(de)(de)正(zheng)拱(gong)(gong)型(xing)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian),其(qi)具有抗(kang)疲勞(lao)性能優良、爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)時(shi)不產生碎片(pian)(pian)且操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)壓(ya)力(li)(li)可達其(qi)最小爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)壓(ya)力(li)(li)90%以(yi)(yi)上的(de)(de)(de)優點。細分(fen)之(zhi)(zhi)下,反(fan)(fan)拱(gong)(gong)型(xing)爆(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)(bao)破(po)(po)(po)(po)(po)片(pian)(pian)包(bao)括反(fan)(fan)拱(gong)(gong)刻(ke)槽(cao)型(xing)、反(fan)(fan)拱(gong)(gong)腭齒(chi)型(xing)以(yi)(yi)及(ji)反(fan)(fan)拱(gong)(gong)刀架(jia)型(xing)等。


三、爆破片(pian)的(de)特點


爆破片(pian)與安全(quan)閥比較,具有(you)(you)結構簡單、靈敏、可靠、經(jing)濟、無泄漏、適用性強等優(you)越性,但也有(you)(you)其局(ju)限性,其特點如(ru)下:


(1)密封性能(neng)好,在設(she)備正常工作壓(ya)力下能(neng)保持嚴密不漏(lou)。


(2)泄(xie)壓反應迅速(su),爆破片的動作(zuo)(zuo)一般在2~10ms內完成,而(er)安全閥則因為機械滯后作(zuo)(zuo)用,全部動作(zuo)(zuo)時間要(yao)高(gao)1~2個(ge)數量級。


(3)對黏(nian)稠性(xing)或(huo)粉末狀污物不敏感。即使氣體(ti)中含(han)有一定量(liang)的(de)污物也不致影響它的(de)正常動作,不像安全閥那樣,容易黏(nian)結或(huo)堵(du)塞。


(4)爆破元(yuan)件(膜片)動(dong)作后不能復(fu)位,不但設備內介質(zhi)全部流失,設備也得中止(zhi)運行。


(5)動作壓(ya)力不太穩(wen)定,爆破片的爆破壓(ya)力允許偏差(cha)一(yi)(yi)般(ban)都(dou)比(bi)安全閥的穩(wen)定壓(ya)力允許偏差(cha)大一(yi)(yi)些。


(6)爆破片的(de)使用壽命較短,常因疲勞(lao)而早期失效。


四、爆破(po)片的適(shi)用場所(suo)


(1)獨立的(de)(de)壓(ya)力容器和/或壓(ya)力管道系統設有安全閥(fa)、爆(bao)破片(pian)裝置或這二者(zhe)的(de)(de)組合裝置。


(2)滿(man)足下列情況之一應優先選用爆破片(pian):


   ①. 壓力(li)有可(ke)能(neng)迅速上升(sheng)的;


   ②. 泄放介質含(han)有(you)顆粒、易沉淀、易結晶、易聚合和介質黏度較大(da);


   ③. 泄放介(jie)質有強腐蝕性,使用安全閥(fa)時其價值(zhi)很高;


   ④. 工(gong)藝(yi)介質(zhi)十分昂貴或(huo)有(you)劇(ju)毒,在工(gong)作過程(cheng)中不允(yun)許(xu)有(you)任(ren)何(he)泄漏,應與安全(quan)閥串聯使(shi)用(yong);


   ⑤. 工(gong)作壓力很低(di)或很高時,選用安(an)全閥(fa)則其制造比較(jiao)困(kun)難;


   ⑥. 當使(shi)用溫度較(jiao)低而影響安全閥工(gong)作特性時;


   ⑦. 需(xu)要較大泄放面積。


(3)對于(yu)一(yi)次性使(shi)用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)管路系(xi)(xi)統(如開車(che)吹掃的(de)(de)(de)管路放空(kong)系(xi)(xi)統),爆(bao)破片的(de)(de)(de)破裂不影(ying)響操(cao)作和生產的(de)(de)(de)場合(he),設置爆(bao)破片。


(4)為減少爆破片破裂后(hou)的(de)工藝介質(zhi)的(de)損失,可與安全閥串聯使用。


(5)作為(wei)壓(ya)力容器的附加安全設施(shi),可與安全閥并聯(lian)使用(yong),例如爆破片僅用(yong)于火災(zai)情(qing)況下的超壓(ya)泄放(fang)。


(6)為增加異常工況(如火災(zai)等)下的泄放面積,爆破片可并聯使(shi)用。


(7)爆破片不(bu)適用于經常超壓(ya)和溫度波動很大的場合(he)。


五、爆破片選(xuan)用程序


(1)確定被保護設備或壓力管道系統是否需(xu)要(yao)設置爆破片(pian)。


(2)根(gen)據工藝介質(zhi)和操作條件確定(ding)爆破(po)片的形式及材(cai)料。


(3)根據被保護管道系統的(de)最高壓力及選用的(de)爆破片(pian)形式,按標準(zhun)規范確定爆破片(pian)的(de)最小標定爆破壓力,設計爆破壓力。


(4)根據工藝條件(jian)、物(wu)理參(can)數(shu)計算(suan)爆(bao)破片的(de)安全泄放(fang)量,選定爆(bao)破片的(de)泄放(fang)面積和泄放(fang)口(kou)徑。


(5)填寫爆破片(pian)裝置規格書,提(ti)供(gong)給材(cai)料采購專業,作為(wei)訂(ding)貨(huo)的技術(shu)條(tiao)件。
