2022年3月31日(ri),由(you)哈電(dian)(dian)鍋(guo)(guo)爐生(sheng)產(chan)制造(zao)(zao)的全(quan)(quan)球首套高效超(chao)臨(lin)(lin)界燃(ran)用(yong)低熱值(zhi)煤(mei)氣發電(dian)(dian)鍋(guo)(guo)爐在廣西盛隆冶金有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)成(cheng)功投產(chan)運行。這是繼2019年1月1日(ri)全(quan)(quan)球首套超(chao)高溫亞臨(lin)(lin)界煤(mei)氣鍋(guo)(guo)爐于遷(qian)安線(xian)材(cai)有(you)限(xian)公(gong)司(si)投運以來,哈電(dian)(dian)鍋(guo)(guo)爐再(zai)一(yi)次斬獲“全(quan)(quan)球首套”,“哈鍋(guo)(guo)造(zao)(zao)”再(zai)一(yi)次率先完(wan)成(cheng)突破,引領技(ji)術潮(chao)流閃耀煤(mei)氣發電(dian)(dian)行業。
所謂“燃(ran)用低熱值(zhi)煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)”,就是(shi)將鋼鐵冶煉(lian)企業高(gao)爐(lu)煉(lian)鐵的(de)副(fu)產品——高(gao)爐(lu)煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)(高(gao)爐(lu)煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)熱值(zhi)低,一般為(wei)3000-3500千焦/標(biao)(biao)立方(fang)米,且產出波動(dong)大(da)、不易著火(huo)、燃(ran)燒不穩定)送入鍋(guo)爐(lu)中燃(ran)燒,并將工(gong)質加熱到相關(guan)狀態送入汽輪(lun)機(ji),推動(dong)汽輪(lun)機(ji)葉片(pian)驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)。廣西盛隆2×145MW超(chao)臨(lin)(lin)界(jie)燃(ran)氣(qi)(qi)機(ji)組(zu)是(shi)擁(yong)有目前(qian)(qian)世界(jie)設(she)(she)計(ji)壓(ya)力、設(she)(she)計(ji)溫度、設(she)(she)計(ji)效(xiao)率三項(xiang)“最高(gao)”的(de)煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)組(zu),主蒸汽壓(ya)力為(wei)25.4兆帕,蒸汽溫度為(wei)605/603攝氏(shi)度,機(ji)組(zu)效(xiao)率可(ke)(ke)達43.5%。該機(ji)組(zu)配套鍋(guo)爐(lu)設(she)(she)備為(wei)哈(ha)電(dian)(dian)(dian)鍋(guo)爐(lu)自(zi)主研制(zhi)的(de)高(gao)效(xiao)超(chao)臨(lin)(lin)界(jie)燃(ran)氣(qi)(qi)鍋(guo)爐(lu),發電(dian)(dian)(dian)煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)氣(qi)(qi)耗約(yue)2.5標(biao)(biao)立方(fang)米/千瓦(wa)時(相比超(chao)高(gao)溫亞臨(lin)(lin)界(jie)機(ji)組(zu)可(ke)(ke)降低氣(qi)(qi)耗約(yue)0.25標(biao)(biao)立方(fang)米/千瓦(wa)時),NOx(氮氧化物)在未(wei)經脫硝設(she)(she)備處(chu)理情況下(xia)即可(ke)(ke)滿足環(huan)保指標(biao)(biao)要求。鍋(guo)爐(lu)設(she)(she)計(ji)參數和相關(guan)指標(biao)(biao)代表了(le)當(dang)前(qian)(qian)國際上(shang)燃(ran)用鋼企低熱值(zhi)煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)最高(gao)水(shui)平,實現了(le)鋼企富余煤(mei)氣(qi)(qi)的(de)進一步高(gao)效(xiao)清潔利(li)用。
