排水用灰鑄鐵直管(guan)及管(guan)件公差要求(qiu)如下(xia)：


1. 外形(xing)


   a. 直管的彎曲(qu)度應(ying)不大于2mm/m。


   b. 直(zhi)管(guan)及(ji)管(guan)件端面應與軸線相垂直(zhi)。


   c. 管件兩軸線角(jiao)度允許(xu)偏(pian)差為士1°30＇。


2. 尺(chi)寸允許偏(pian)差


  a. 插口(kou)外徑(jing)(jing)、承口(kou)內徑(jing)(jing)和承口(kou)深度偏差


       直(zhi)管及管件的插(cha)口(kou)(kou)(kou)外徑(jing)、承口(kou)(kou)(kou)內(nei)徑(jing)和承口(kou)(kou)(kou)深度及插(cha)口(kou)(kou)(kou)圓度見表(biao)5-37。

  b. 壁厚偏差


   直管(guan)及(ji)管(guan)件(jian)的壁厚偏差見表5-38。

   承口壁厚允許偏差為(wei)-1.0mm。


  c. 管盤偏差


   管(guan)盤厚(hou)度允許偏(pian)差為-1.5mm。


   各螺栓孔中心必須和管軸中心相對應。


   螺栓孔(kong)的中心圓直徑允(yun)許偏差為士(shi)1.0mm。


   相鄰螺栓(shuan)孔(kong)中心間距允許偏差(cha)為(wei)士1.0mm。


3. 法蘭(lan)壓蓋尺(chi)寸偏差


   a. 壓蓋上法蘭盤尺寸允許偏差見表5-39。

   b. 螺栓孔尺寸(cun)偏差


       各螺栓(shuan)孔(kong)必須以壓(ya)蓋軸(zhou)心為(wei)基準，螺栓(shuan)孔(kong)的中心圓直(zhi)徑偏(pian)(pian)差(cha)應不大于1.0mm，螺栓(shuan)孔(kong)間(jian)距偏(pian)(pian)差(cha)為(wei)±1.0mm。


   c. 壓蓋的(de)其余尺寸精度(du)應不低于鑄造CT13級(ji)精度(du)。
