不銹鋼熱軋(ya)中(zhong)厚板工藝技術裝備主要體現在(zai)爐卷軋(ya)機。
爐(lu)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)軋機(ji)技術(shu)始于20世(shi)(shi)紀30年代,主要生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)厚度3毫(hao)米(mi)以上(shang)的熱軋帶(dai)鋼。帶(dai)鋼進卷(juan)(juan)(juan)取爐(lu)的厚度為(wei)15~17毫(hao)米(mi),爐(lu)內溫度950~1050℃,生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)能力20萬(wan)~30萬(wan)噸/年。20世(shi)(shi)紀50-60年代其發展較快,至20世(shi)(shi)紀70年代全世(shi)(shi)界已建爐(lu)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)軋機(ji)約34套,形成第一(yi)次發展高潮。但(dan)由于爐(lu)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)軋機(ji)存(cun)在諸多不(bu)足,20世(shi)(shi)紀80年代初,仍在生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)的爐(lu)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)軋機(ji)已不(bu)超過20套。
20世紀80年代中后期爐卷軋機復興,以生產不銹鋼為主的爐卷軋機因采用多項熱連軋機的控制技術得到長足發展,已成為不銹鋼領域的主力熱軋機。采用爐卷軋機軋制不銹鋼的主要原因為:(1)爐卷軋機前后設保溫卷取爐,適合不銹鋼等加工溫度范圍窄、難變形金屬的軋制;(2)專業化不銹帶鋼廠規模在25萬~50萬噸/年,用爐卷軋機生產能力適中,投資低,效益好;(3)現代化的爐卷軋機由于采用了厚度自動控制、板形控制、多次高壓水除鱗、快速換輥裝置等,從而保證了產品的尺寸精度、表面質量及板形等;(4)爐卷軋機在特種材料的軋制方面優勢明顯,可實現卷板品種優化。
爐(lu)(lu)(lu)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)可兼(jian)(jian)作(zuo)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)厚(hou)(hou)(hou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)。20世紀80-90年(nian)代新建的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)26套(tao)(tao)(tao)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制碳鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)不銹鋼(gang)(gang)(gang),其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)約15套(tao)(tao)(tao)兼(jian)(jian)作(zuo)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)厚(hou)(hou)(hou)板(ban)(ban)(ban),并(bing)配(pei)備(bei)了中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)厚(hou)(hou)(hou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)精(jing)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)線。在(zai)10套(tao)(tao)(tao)不銹鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)專用(yong)(yong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),有(you)5套(tao)(tao)(tao)兼(jian)(jian)作(zuo)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)厚(hou)(hou)(hou)板(ban)(ban)(ban),其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)輥身長度最大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)瑞典阿維(wei)斯塔(Avesta)廠的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)2800毫米粗(cu)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)。2003年(nian)5月(yue)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)南京鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)鐵(tie)公司與奧(ao)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)聯簽訂合同(tong),引(yin)進了用(yong)(yong)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)工(gong)藝(yi)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji),并(bing)于2005年(nian)9月(yue)28日成功軋(ya)(ya)(ya)出(chu)第一塊鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)板(ban)(ban)(ban)。同(tong)期(qi),安(an)陽、韶關(guan)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)鐵(tie)公司從達(da)涅利(li)公司引(yin)進用(yong)(yong)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)工(gong)藝(yi)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji),其中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)安(an)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)建設(she)了卷(juan)(juan)(juan)取爐(lu)(lu)(lu),但預留(liu)了卷(juan)(juan)(juan)取機(ji),韶鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)對卷(juan)(juan)(juan)取爐(lu)(lu)(lu)和(he)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)取機(ji)均(jun)做了預留(liu)。在(zai)我(wo)國(guo)(guo)投產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)3套(tao)(tao)(tao)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)厚(hou)(hou)(hou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),南鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)配(pei)備(bei)了完整(zheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)板(ban)(ban)(ban)、卷(juan)(juan)(juan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)設(she)備(bei),軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制力達(da)80兆(zhao)牛,可較好地(di)實現控(kong)制軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制和(he)控(kong)制冷卻(que)工(gong)藝(yi),在(zai)管線鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)方面(mian)取得(de)了較好的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)業(ye)績(ji)。我(wo)國(guo)(guo)已(yi)建成投產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)板(ban)(ban)(ban)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)主要是(shi)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)等規(gui)模的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)(gang)(gang)廠,其利(li)用(yong)(yong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)線設(she)備(bei)少、投資(zi)省、產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)品市場適(shi)應(ying)面(mian)廣的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)特點,生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)厚(hou)(hou)(hou)板(ban)(ban)(ban)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)不宜軋(ya)(ya)(ya)制的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)薄、窄規(gui)格(ge)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)板(ban)(ban)(ban),同(tong)時(shi)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)熱連軋(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)不能(neng)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)寬(kuan)規(gui)格(ge)熱軋(ya)(ya)(ya)卷(juan)(juan)(juan)。
