由于(yu)不銹鋼管內(nei)部很難設(she)置墊板,為保證焊縫根(gen)部質量,可(ke)采(cai)用可(ke)熔(rong)鑲塊(kuai)。采(cai)用可(ke)熔(rong)鑲塊(kuai)時(shi)的坡口形式及尺寸如圖(tu)4-13所示。

不銹鋼(gang)管(guan)裝配(pei)留好預定(ding)(ding)間隙后(hou),在管(guan)子圓周的時(shi)鐘(zhong)位(wei)(wei)置2點和10點兩處焊(han)(han)接定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)(圖(tu)(tu)4-14(a))或(huo)在時(shi)鐘(zhong)12點處一點定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)(圖(tu)(tu)4-14(b)).定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)長度5~10mm,厚度3mm左右(you),定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)要求焊(han)(han)透(tou),將成為正(zheng)式焊(han)(han)縫(feng)的一部(bu)分(fen)。定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)不允許存在氣孔、夾渣(zha)、夾鎢、未焊(han)(han)透(tou)、未熔(rong)合、裂紋等(deng)焊(han)(han)接缺(que)陷,否則(ze)應把定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)焊(han)(han)縫(feng)打磨掉,重新(xin)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)。

定位(wei)焊(han)縫的焊(han)接有兩種手(shou)法(fa):第(di)一(yi)種是(shi)用(yong)斷(duan)續(xu)填絲(si)法(fa),在管子的一(yi)側坡(po)(po)口(kou)(kou)面上引弧(hu)(hu),再把(ba)電弧(hu)(hu)拉至始焊(han)部位(wei),焊(han)槍做橫(heng)向(xiang)擺(bai)動,待根(gen)部熔(rong)化出現(xian)熔(rong)孔時,在左(zuo)右側根(gen)部交替填充一(yi)滴熔(rong)滴,焊(han)絲(si)隨著(zhu)焊(han)槍的擺(bai)動,斷(duan)續(xu)地(di)、有節奏地(di)向(xiang)熔(rong)池前沿(yan)填充,達到一(yi)定長度(du)后,在坡(po)(po)口(kou)(kou)面的一(yi)側收弧(hu)(hu);第(di)二種是(shi)用(yong)連(lian)續(xu)填絲(si)法(fa),在一(yi)側坡(po)(po)口(kou)(kou)面處(chu)引弧(hu)(hu),然后把(ba)電弧(hu)(hu)拉至始焊(han)部位(wei),焊(han)槍做橫(heng)向(xiang)擺(bai)動,待引弧(hu)(hu)處(chu)金屬熔(rong)化時,連(lian)續(xu)填絲(si)進(jin)行焊(han)接。焊(han)絲(si)端部的熔(rong)滴始終與熔(rong)池相(xiang)連(lian),達到一(yi)定長度(du)后,在坡(po)(po)口(kou)(kou)面的一(yi)側收弧(hu)(hu)。
焊(han)接不銹鋼管必須向管內通氬氣,以防止反面合金元素氧化、燒損,降低耐腐蝕性。一種管子焊接的充氬裝置是:在管子的兩端加上端蓋,端蓋上用彈簧鋼絲把端蓋固定在管子的兩端,形成管子內部保護腔。進氣端的端蓋上設一氣閥,與氬氣瓶相連,氬氣從側面充入管內;在出氣端的端蓋上鉆一個直徑2mm的小孔(側面),以便氣體流出。
焊前(qian)必(bi)須提起(qi)向(xiang)不(bu)銹鋼管內(nei)通氬氣(qi)(qi),要待管內(nei)空氣(qi)(qi)完全排除(chu)后再焊接。焊接過程中要不(bu)停(ting)地向(xiang)管內(nei)通氬氣(qi)(qi),焊縫即將封閉(bi)時,關斷氬氣(qi)(qi)源。
打底焊(han)(han)時(shi)(shi)(shi),為(wei)了(le)保證(zheng)焊(han)(han)縫根(gen)(gen)部的質量,通常采用內填(tian)絲(si)(si)法(fa)焊(han)(han)接(jie),將焊(han)(han)絲(si)(si)從接(jie)頭裝配間(jian)隙中穿(chuan)入不銹鋼管內部填(tian)絲(si)(si),如(ru)圖4-15所(suo)示。焊(han)(han)絲(si)(si)在一(yi)側坡(po)口(kou)面(mian)上引(yin)弧,然后(hou)把電(dian)弧移至時(shi)(shi)(shi)鐘6點位置,待坡(po)口(kou)根(gen)(gen)部熔(rong)(rong)(rong)化出現(xian)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)孔時(shi)(shi)(shi),左(zuo)右兩側各填(tian)充一(yi)滴(di)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)滴(di),當這兩滴(di)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)滴(di)連在一(yi)起(qi),在熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池前方出現(xian)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)孔,此時(shi)(shi)(shi)隨即將焊(han)(han)絲(si)(si)緊貼根(gen)(gen)部填(tian)充一(yi)滴(di)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)滴(di),焊(han)(han)槍(qiang)略(lve)做橫(heng)向擺動(dong),使焊(han)(han)絲(si)(si)填(tian)充的熔(rong)(rong)(rong)滴(di)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)合在一(yi)起(qi),成(cheng)為(wei)焊(han)(han)縫。如(ru)此往復循(xun)環,成(cheng)為(wei)一(yi)條(tiao)連續的焊(han)(han)縫。

仰焊部(bu)位(wei)的操作(zuo)如圖(tu)4-16所示。

為了(le)避免在仰焊部(bu)位焊縫反面產生內(nei)凹(ao),焊絲(si)要緊(jin)貼熔合處的根部(bu),使焊絲(si)直接送入管(guan)子內(nei)壁。
立焊(han)部位(wei)的操作如圖4-17所示。
此時焊槍和焊絲(si)沿著管(guan)壁逐漸往上(shang)移動(dong),焊絲(si)端部(bu)只要填充(chong)到熔合根部(bu)即(ji)可。
焊至爬坡焊部(bu)位時,由于(yu)管子溫度已經很(hen)高,因此,應將焊絲端(duan)部(bu)稍微離開熔合根部(bu),以免(mian)反面焊縫產生焊瘤。
焊(han)至(zhi)距定位(wei)焊(han)縫根部(bu)3~5mm時,為了保證接頭焊(han)透(tou),焊(han)槍應畫(hua)個圈,把定位(wei)焊(han)縫根部(bu)熔化,但不(bu)填焊(han)絲,施(shi)焊(han)10mm左右在一側(ce)坡(po)口面收(shou)弧。
管子后半圈(quan)的操作與前半圈(quan)相同。
蓋面焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)的操(cao)(cao)作是在(zai)(zai)打底焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)道(dao)上引(yin)弧后,于時(shi)鐘6點位(wei)置開始起焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)做(zuo)月牙形或(huo)鋸齒形擺(bai)動(dong)(dong),將坡口(kou)邊緣打底焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)道(dao)表面熔(rong)(rong)(rong)化,形成熔(rong)(rong)(rong)池(chi)。焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)絲與焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)同步擺(bai)動(dong)(dong),在(zai)(zai)坡口(kou)兩側稍(shao)作停頓,各稍(shao)加一(yi)滴熔(rong)(rong)(rong)滴,保證熔(rong)(rong)(rong)合良好。在(zai)(zai)仰焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)部(bu)位(wei)每次填充(chong)的金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)要適當少些,以免熔(rong)(rong)(rong)敷金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)下墜。立焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)部(bu)位(wei)操(cao)(cao)作時(shi),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)槍(qiang)的擺(bai)動(dong)(dong)頻率(lv)要適當加快,以防(fang)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)化金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)下淌。平(ping)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)部(bu)位(wei)操(cao)(cao)作時(shi),每次填充(chong)的金(jin)(jin)(jin)屬(shu)要多些,以防(fang)平(ping)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)部(bu)位(wei)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)縫不(bu)飽滿。
收弧時采用電流衰減法收弧。蓋面焊縫封閉后,要繼續向前施焊10mm左右,并逐漸減少焊絲的填充量,以免收弧部位產生弧坑裂紋和縮孔,并且氬氣流的冷卻作用有助于防止產生晶間腐蝕。
