甲基磺酸銅[Cu(CH3SO3)2] 322g/L 、氯化鈉(NaCl) 1g/L
乙二胺[(NH2CH2)2] 178mL/L 、pH8.5~9.5
4. 厚沉積堿(jian)性銅電(dian)刷(shua)鍍液的配制
在1000mL燒(shao)杯(bei)(bei)中加(jia)入(ru)甲(jia)基磺酸銅322g,加(jia)入(ru)蒸餾水400mL,攪(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)溶(rong)解后,在攪(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)下緩慢滴加(jia)乙二(er)胺(an)178mL,再加(jia)入(ru)氯(lv)化鈉1g,攪(jiao)拌(ban)(ban)溶(rong)解,用乙二(er)胺(an)或甲(jia)基碳酸調節pH約9,最后倒人(ren)1000mL量筒或量杯(bei)(bei)中,加(jia)蒸餾水至(zhi)刻度(du)。
如(ru)(ru)(ru)無甲(jia)基磺(huang)(huang)(huang)酸(suan)銅(tong)(tong)(tong),可(ke)用堿(jian)式碳(tan)酸(suan)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)[Cu(OH)2·CuCO3]和甲(jia)基磺(huang)(huang)(huang)酸(suan)(CH3SO3H)配(pei)制成甲(jia)基磺(huang)(huang)(huang)酸(suan)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)。方(fang)法如(ru)(ru)(ru)下(xia):稱取堿(jian)式碳(tan)酸(suan)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)161g放入1000mL燒杯中(zhong)(zhong),加(jia)(jia)(jia)蒸(zheng)餾水(shui)400mL,在攪拌(ban)下(xia)滴(di)加(jia)(jia)(jia)甲(jia)基磺(huang)(huang)(huang)酸(suan)至碳(tan)酸(suan)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)中(zhong)(zhong)使(shi)恰好溶(rong)(rong)解(jie)為止(zhi),即化合(he)得甲(jia)基磺(huang)(huang)(huang)酸(suan)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)。甲(jia)基磺(huang)(huang)(huang)酸(suan)不可(ke)過量(liang)(liang),否則(ze)溶(rong)(rong)液pH將低(di)于8.5。如(ru)(ru)(ru)有少量(liang)(liang)甲(jia)基磺(huang)(huang)(huang)酸(suan)銅(tong)(tong)(tong)未溶(rong)(rong)解(jie),可(ke)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱攪拌(ban)溶(rong)(rong)解(jie)。然后冷卻(que)至室溫,在攪拌(ban)下(xia)緩慢滴(di)加(jia)(jia)(jia)乙二胺(an)178mL,用乙二胺(an)和甲(jia)基磺(huang)(huang)(huang)酸(suan)調節pH至9左(zuo)右(you),加(jia)(jia)(jia)氯化鈉(na)1g,攪拌(ban)溶(rong)(rong)解(jie)后倒入1000mL量(liang)(liang)筒或量(liang)(liang)瓶中(zhong)(zhong),加(jia)(jia)(jia)蒸(zheng)餾水(shui)至刻度。
