1. 卷(juan)邊圈制(zhi)作(zuo)方法(fa)
如圖2-53所(suo)示,將鋼板(ban)圈(quan)(quan)置(zhi)于上下凹模之間,內凸模在外力的(de)作(zuo)用下將鋼板(ban)圈(quan)(quan)壓(ya)(ya)成卷(juan)邊圈(quan)(quan)。施(shi)力的(de)機具可采用液壓(ya)(ya)千(qian)(qian)斤(jin)頂。當(dang)鋼板(ban)厚(hou)為3mm時(材質為1Cr18Ni9Ti),100kN(10t)的(de)液壓(ya)(ya)千(qian)(qian)斤(jin)頂可制(zhi)作(zuo)公(gong)(gong)稱尺(chi)(chi)寸DN25mm的(de)卷(juan)邊圈(quan)(quan);當(dang)板(ban)厚(hou)3.5mm時,500kN(50t)液壓(ya)(ya)千(qian)(qian)斤(jin)頂可制(zhi)作(zuo)公(gong)(gong)稱尺(chi)(chi)寸DN50mm的(de)卷(juan)邊圈(quan)(quan);當(dang)板(ban)厚(hou)4mm時,1000kN(100t)液壓(ya)(ya)千(qian)(qian)斤(jin)頂可制(zhi)作(zuo)公(gong)(gong)稱尺(chi)(chi)寸DN80mm的(de)卷(juan)邊圈(quan)(quan)。

在加工鋼板圈時,應使其內徑與管子外徑的比為(1:2.1)~(1:2.2)。
2. 卷邊短(duan)管的制作(zuo)

短(duan)管卷(juan)(juan)邊(bian)可(ke)采用電動(dong)卷(juan)(juan)邊(bian)機,其制作方法(fa)如圖2-54所示。內模的(de)角度a有(you)45°、90°、125°、180°四種。在管子上(shang)卷(juan)(juan)邊(bian)時(shi),內模(中碳鋼(gang)制成(cheng))更(geng)換(huan)4次,沖壓即成(cheng)。短(duan)管卷(juan)(juan)邊(bian)比鋼(gang)圈卷(juan)(juan)邊(bian)麻煩些,但安(an)裝方便。卷(juan)(juan)邊(bian)圈與管道焊(han)接(jie)(jie)時(shi),常因焊(han)縫(feng)高度較大(da),焊(han)后(hou)要進(jin)行加工,否則(ze)會造(zao)成(cheng)卷(juan)(juan)邊(bian)圈與鋼(gang)法(fa)蘭接(jie)(jie)觸不緊(jin)密(mi)的(de)缺陷。
