“兩化(hua)(hua)”融合是信息化(hua)(hua)和工(gong)業(ye)(ye)化(hua)(hua)的結(jie)合。多年來,一(yi)直以企業(ye)(ye)資(zi)源計劃(hua) ERP系(xi)統為核心的經(jing)營管(guan)理平(ping)臺(tai);以制造執行(xing)系(xi)統MES為基(ji)礎的生產運(yun)行(xing)管(guan)理平(ping)臺(tai);以信息基(ji)礎設施為主體的信息系(xi)統運(yun)行(xing)保障平(ping)臺(tai)。三(san)大平(ping)臺(tai)的建成和應用,標志著企業(ye)(ye)在(zai)信息化(hua)(hua)和工(gong)業(ye)(ye)化(hua)(hua)融合方面已(yi)經(jing)取得了初(chu)步成效。


  目前,鞍鋼無縫不銹鋼管廠已經建成了ERP、MES、SAP等系統,主要生產工序已實現了PLC、DCS等系統的控制;實現了生產制造過程、經營管理信息化、數字化,基本達到了“工業3.0”的主要指標,為下一步建設智能工廠、智能制造奠定了堅實基礎。


  基于現(xian)場生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)設(she)備(bei)自動化(hua)和(he)管理信(xin)息化(hua)的(de)現(xian)狀,按照“計(ji)劃(hua)排(pai)產(chan)(chan)智能(neng)(neng)化(hua)、生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)過程協同(tong)智能(neng)(neng)化(hua)、設(she)備(bei)互聯互通智能(neng)(neng)化(hua)、生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)資源管控智能(neng)(neng)化(hua)、質(zhi)量(liang)過程控制智能(neng)(neng)化(hua)、決策支持(chi)智能(neng)(neng)化(hua)”的(de)標準(zhun),開展“智能(neng)(neng)工廠(chang)”的(de)設(she)計(ji)和(he)實(shi)施工作,實(shi)現(xian)“提升效率、減少人員、穩定生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)、提高質(zhi)量(liang)”的(de)目標。


 (1)基(ji)礎(chu)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua) 鞍鋼(gang)無縫(feng)不銹鋼(gang)管廠基(ji)礎(chu)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)主(zhu)要(yao)由原料鋸切系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、加熱爐系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、穿孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)、連軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、脫管機(ji)(ji)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、定徑(jing)機(ji)(ji)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、冷床(chuang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、排鋸系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、矯直系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、探傷(shang)機(ji)(ji)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、測(ce)長稱重系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、通徑(jing)機(ji)(ji)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、涂(tu)油機(ji)(ji)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、高壓水(shui)(shui)除鱗系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)、包裝(zhuang)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)及水(shui)(shui)站、油站、空壓站等輔助系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)組成(cheng),基(ji)礎(chu)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)采(cai)用(yong)AB、ABB、西門(men)(men)子、Ansaldo公(gong)司變頻(pin)裝(zhuang)置及美(mei)國AVTRON、Ansaldo公(gong)司電控設(she)備SPDM整流裝(zhuang)置進(jin)行(xing)(xing)控制,PLC采(cai)用(yong)西門(men)(men)子S7-200、S7-300、S7-400、GE9070進(jin)行(xing)(xing)數(shu)據(ju)采(cai)集及通訊,通過工業以太(tai)網、西門(men)(men)子PROFIBUS DP網、TPL網絡(luo)(luo),GENIUS網絡(luo)(luo)數(shu)據(ju)傳輸。網絡(luo)(luo)通訊方式主(zhu)要(yao)采(cai)用(yong)以太(tai)網和西門(men)(men)子PROFIBUS DP網,具有良好的基(ji)礎(chu)條(tiao)件。


 (2)制造執(zhi)行(xing)系統MES(含(han)化檢(jian)驗)接受四(si)(si)級下發的(de)合同訂(ding)單及質量控制等信息,形成(cheng)作業計劃;收集現(xian)場(chang)的(de)生產實績信息并上傳(chuan)四(si)(si)級;化檢(jian)驗數(shu)據(ju)采集、完成(cheng)質量終判,打印(yin)標簽數(shu)據(ju)、完成(cheng)裝車作業和發貨;記錄生產數(shu)據(ju),統計原料、產品、存貨、成(cheng)材(cai)率(lv)數(shu)據(ju);工(gong)序成(cheng)本(ben)分(fen)析(xi)、工(gong)藝(yi)質量跟(gen)蹤(zong)、能源消(xiao)耗分(fen)析(xi)。


 (3)ERP系(xi)統(tong) ERP系(xi)統(tong)實(shi)現訂(ding)單(dan)和(he)物料的全生命周期管理(li)(li),貫穿了鞍鋼(gang)的銷(xiao)售(shou)、質(zhi)量、生產、儲運(yun)、結算業務。銷(xiao)售(shou)人員通過(guo)(guo)(guo)ERP系(xi)統(tong)簽訂(ding)銷(xiao)售(shou)訂(ding)單(dan),系(xi)統(tong)自(zi)動進行(xing)質(zhi)量設計;計劃員通過(guo)(guo)(guo)ERP系(xi)統(tong)下發生產訂(ding)單(dan)和(he)生產計劃給MES,系(xi)統(tong)自(zi)動接收生產實(shi)績;發貨人員通過(guo)(guo)(guo)ERP系(xi)統(tong)進行(xing)物料繳庫(ku)管理(li)(li),編制運(yun)輸計劃,進行(xing)物料出庫(ku)及轉庫(ku)管理(li)(li);最終結算人員通過(guo)(guo)(guo)ERP系(xi)統(tong)進行(xing)開票結算管理(li)(li)。


 (4)信息化(hua)網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)(luo)系統(tong)(tong)(tong) 鞍鋼(gang)無(wu)縫不銹鋼(gang)管廠(chang)現(xian)有信息化(hua)相(xiang)關網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)(luo)相(xiang)對比較復雜,存在多(duo)個功能單一的網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)(luo)。主要有外網(wang)(wang)、MES網(wang)(wang)、ATM、ERP網(wang)(wang)。少數用戶(hu)可(ke)訪(fang)問 Internet,外網(wang)(wang)由鞍鋼(gang)專線100M接入,與其(qi)他網(wang)(wang)相(xiang)互獨立;MES網(wang)(wang)承(cheng)載(zai)MES系統(tong)(tong)(tong)、點(dian)檢、掃描(miao)、共享平臺、化(hua)檢驗(yan)、制(zhi)簽等應(ying)(ying)用;ATM網(wang)(wang)承(cheng)載(zai)安(an)環(huan)、調度系統(tong)(tong)(tong)、人力(li)資源、股份(fen)OA等應(ying)(ying)用;ERP網(wang)(wang)主要承(cheng)載(zai)ERP系統(tong)(tong)(tong)、SAP(設(she)備、財務)系統(tong)(tong)(tong)。
