一、裝置(zhi)簡介
醋(cu)酸(suan)是(shi)重要(yao)的有機化(hua)工(gong)原料(liao)(liao)之(zhi)一(yi),廣泛用于(yu)合成(cheng)纖維、涂(tu)料(liao)(liao)、醫藥、農(nong)藥、食品添加劑(ji)、染織等(deng)工(gong)業,是(shi)國(guo)民經濟的一(yi)個重要(yao)組(zu)成(cheng)部(bu)分(fen)。醋(cu)酸(suan)生產(chan)(chan)的方法(fa)(fa)有乙(yi)醛氧(yang)化(hua)法(fa)(fa)(乙(yi)醇(chun)和(he)乙(yi)烯法(fa)(fa))、乙(yi)烷和(he)甲烷氧(yang)化(hua)法(fa)(fa)以及甲醇(chun)羰基(ji)(ji)合成(cheng)法(fa)(fa)等(deng)。生產(chan)(chan)的工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)不同(tong),操作條件及工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)介質的組(zu)成(cheng)和(he)腐蝕性也(ye)不同(tong),對設備(bei)和(he)管(guan)道材(cai)料(liao)(liao)的要(yao)求(qiu)也(ye)不同(tong)。甲醇(chun)低壓羰基(ji)(ji)合成(cheng)醋(cu)酸(suan)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)流(liu)程簡單,產(chan)(chan)能大,產(chan)(chan)品質量高,是(shi)目前最先進的醋(cu)酸(suan)生產(chan)(chan)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi),也(ye)是(shi)國(guo)內外醋(cu)酸(suan)生產(chan)(chan)的主流(liu)工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)。羰基(ji)(ji)合成(cheng)醋(cu)酸(suan)的工(gong)藝(yi)(yi)介質腐蝕性強,對設備(bei)管(guan)道材(cai)料(liao)(liao)有特殊(shu)的要(yao)求(qiu)。
二(er)、典(dian)型羰基(ji)合成醋酸工藝流程
甲醇(chun)低(di)壓羰基(ji)合成醋酸技(ji)術由(you)美國(guo)Monsanto公司實(shi)現(xian)工(gong)業(ye)化,其工(gong)藝流程示意圖(tu)如(ru)圖(tu)2.36所示。

甲(jia)(jia)(jia)醇(chun)(chun)低壓(ya)羰基合成(cheng)醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產工(gong)藝大致可分(fen)(fen)(fen)為反(fan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)、精(jing)制、輕(qing)組(zu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)回(hui)收(shou)(shou)(shou)、催化(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)制備(bei)與再(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)等(deng)工(gong)序。甲(jia)(jia)(jia)醇(chun)(chun)由(you)(you)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)醇(chun)(chun)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)儲槽經甲(jia)(jia)(jia)醇(chun)(chun)加料泵(beng)送(song)(song)至甲(jia)(jia)(jia)醇(chun)(chun)加熱器進(jin)(jin)入反(fan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)釜(fu)。精(jing)制一(yi)氧(yang)化(hua)碳以(yi)一(yi)定壓(ya)力及一(yi)定流量由(you)(you)反(fan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)釜(fu)底(di)部(bu)進(jin)(jin)入釜(fu)內(nei)(nei)分(fen)(fen)(fen)配管。在(zai)(zai)攪拌器作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)下,CO在(zai)(zai)溶液(ye)(ye)(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)擴散溶解。在(zai)(zai)催化(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)、碘(dian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)烷(wan)促進(jin)(jin)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)及碘(dian)化(hua)氫的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)(yong)下,CO與甲(jia)(jia)(jia)醇(chun)(chun)在(zai)(zai)反(fan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)釜(fu)內(nei)(nei)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)。經反(fan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)釜(fu)冷凝(ning)器冷卻(que)后(hou)(hou)進(jin)(jin)人(ren)冷凝(ning)液(ye)(ye)(ye)分(fen)(fen)(fen)離器。含(han)(han)有大量碘(dian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)烷(wan)、醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)、醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)酯等(deng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)冷凝(ning)液(ye)(ye)(ye)送(song)(song)回(hui)反(fan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)釜(fu),冷卻(que)后(hou)(hou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體進(jin)(jin)人(ren)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)塔(ta)(ta),用(yong)(yong)(yong)貧液(ye)(ye)(ye)(醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan))吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)體中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)碘(dian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)烷(wan),吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)了碘(dian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)烷(wan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)富(fu)液(ye)(ye)(ye)從高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)塔(ta)(ta)底(di)部(bu)排(pai)出進(jin)(jin)入再(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)塔(ta)(ta)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)再(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)。吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)后(hou)(hou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)尾氣(qi)(qi)(qi)去火(huo)炬系(xi)(xi)統。反(fan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)釜(fu)內(nei)(nei)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)及反(fan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)液(ye)(ye)(ye)在(zai)(zai)閃(shan)(shan)(shan)蒸罐(guan)內(nei)(nei)閃(shan)(shan)(shan)蒸后(hou)(hou)形成(cheng)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)液(ye)(ye)(ye)兩(liang)相(xiang)(xiang)。液(ye)(ye)(ye)體經催化(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)循環泵(beng)送(song)(song)回(hui)反(fan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)釜(fu)。含(han)(han)有醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)、碘(dian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)烷(wan)、碘(dian)化(hua)氫、水及醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)酯等(deng)組(zu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)相(xiang)(xiang)去初(chu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)塔(ta)(ta)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)提(ti)純。來自閃(shan)(shan)(shan)蒸罐(guan)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)相(xiang)(xiang)物料中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)碘(dian)化(hua)氫以(yi)及夾帶的(de)(de)(de)(de)少量催化(hua)劑(ji)(ji)(ji),在(zai)(zai)初(chu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)塔(ta)(ta)底(di)部(bu)靠位(wei)差(cha)返回(hui)閃(shan)(shan)(shan)蒸罐(guan)。初(chu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)塔(ta)(ta)蒸餾得到的(de)(de)(de)(de)粗(cu)醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)由(you)(you)塔(ta)(ta)側中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)部(bu)取出,送(song)(song)至脫(tuo)水塔(ta)(ta)。脫(tuo)水塔(ta)(ta)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)相(xiang)(xiang)與初(chu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)塔(ta)(ta)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)相(xiang)(xiang)一(yi)道送(song)(song)至低壓(ya)吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)塔(ta)(ta),回(hui)收(shou)(shou)(shou)碘(dian)甲(jia)(jia)(jia)烷(wan)后(hou)(hou)尾氣(qi)(qi)(qi)去火(huo)炬系(xi)(xi)統,液(ye)(ye)(ye)體送(song)(song)再(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)塔(ta)(ta),成(cheng)品(pin)醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan)由(you)(you)成(cheng)品(pin)塔(ta)(ta)側部(bu)取出,冷卻(que)后(hou)(hou)送(song)(song)成(cheng)品(pin)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)間(jian)儲槽。含(han)(han)丙酸(suan)以(yi)及金屬碘(dian)化(hua)物的(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)沸(fei)點的(de)(de)(de)(de)溶液(ye)(ye)(ye)由(you)(you)塔(ta)(ta)底(di)部(bu)送(song)(song)往(wang)汽提(ti)塔(ta)(ta)系(xi)(xi)統,以(yi)回(hui)收(shou)(shou)(shou)醋(cu)(cu)酸(suan),塔(ta)(ta)底(di)重(zhong)組(zu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步處理回(hui)收(shou)(shou)(shou)。再(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)塔(ta)(ta)再(zai)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)后(hou)(hou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)貧液(ye)(ye)(ye)用(yong)(yong)(yong)循環水冷卻(que)后(hou)(hou),一(yi)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)送(song)(song)往(wang)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)塔(ta)(ta)作(zuo)吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)劑(ji)(ji)(ji);另一(yi)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)送(song)(song)往(wang)低壓(ya)吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)塔(ta)(ta)作(zuo)吸(xi)收(shou)(shou)(shou)劑(ji)(ji)(ji),循環使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。
