20世紀50年(nian)代(dai)以來,由于傳動(dong)(dong)技(ji)術(shu)和電氣(qi)控(kong)制技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)突破,連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)生產(chan)(chan)技(ji)術(shu)得到了長足(zu)的(de)(de)發展。芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)運行(xing)方式(shi)從(cong)浮動(dong)(dong)式(shi)芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)到限動(dong)(dong)式(shi)芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji)以及(ji)半浮動(dong)(dong)式(shi)芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)機(ji)(ji)(ji),機(ji)(ji)(ji)架數(shu)從(cong)9~7架減少(shao)到6~5架,軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)制工藝從(cong)兩輥(gun)變為(wei)三輥(gun),80年(nian)代(dai)后大(da)口(kou)徑、少(shao)機(ji)(ji)(ji)架限動(dong)(dong)芯(xin)(xin)棒(bang)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)技(ji)術(shu)的(de)(de)出現,使得鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)更是爐(lu)火純青。生產(chan)(chan)過程的(de)(de)操作方式(shi)由手動(dong)(dong)到區域自動(dong)(dong)化(hua)到整條(tiao)線由CPU、PLC控(kong)制的(de)(de)全自動(dong)(dong)化(hua)運行(xing)方式(shi),采(cai)用了液壓小(xiao)倉控(kong)制技(ji)術(shu),配套了工藝控(kong)制軟(ruan)件技(ji)術(shu),連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)整體裝備水(shui)平有了很(hen)大(da)的(de)(de)改變。與(yu)其(qi)他機(ji)(ji)(ji)型相(xiang)比連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)以優質、高產(chan)(chan)、高效率(lv)、低消(xiao)耗等特點(dian),成為(wei)世界無縫鋼(gang)(gang)管(guan)主要生產(chan)(chan)企業的(de)(de)首選機(ji)(ji)(ji)型。
經過30余年(nian)(nian)的消化、吸收、再創新,國(guo)(guo)產連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)已(yi)基本達(da)到國(guo)(guo)際先進水平(ping)。太原重工(gong)繼與國(guo)(guo)外聯合設計寶鋼(gang)ф140機(ji)(ji)組和(he)天津φ250機(ji)(ji)組后,又(you)陸續(xu)制(zhi)(zhi)造了多(duo)套Φ159mm、φ180mm三輥(gun)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)組。太原通澤重工(gong)繼2006年(nian)(nian)建(jian)設了φ250mm 五(wu)機(ji)(ji)架(jia)限動芯棒(bang)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)后,又(you)陸續(xu)制(zhi)(zhi)造了φ114mm二輥(gun)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)組和(he)ф159mm、Φ273mm、Φ356mm等多(duo)個規格三輥(gun)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)組;中冶(ye)賽(sai)迪分別于2012年(nian)(nian)、2017年(nian)(nian)自主(zhu)集成(cheng)建(jian)設了φ76mm四機(ji)(ji)架(jia)、ф89mm六機(ji)(ji)架(jia)三輥(gun)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)機(ji)(ji)組和(he)正(zheng)在建(jian)設的φ159mm三輥(gun)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)組。以(yi)上機(ji)(ji)組的設備(bei)的控制(zhi)(zhi)精度(du)逐(zhu)步提高(gao),代表了我國(guo)(guo)軋(ya)管(guan)設備(bei)制(zhi)(zhi)造和(he)工(gong)藝水平(ping)。國(guo)(guo)產的連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)組的建(jian)設推(tui)動了中國(guo)(guo)鋼(gang)管(guan)工(gong)業的高(gao)速發展。截(jie)至2018年(nian)(nian),國(guo)(guo)內共有(you)連(lian)(lian)軋(ya)管(guan)機(ji)(ji)組46套(含在建(jian)機(ji)(ji)組)。
