1. 基(ji)本條件及要求
①. 試件材質:15CrMo.
②. 試件尺(chi)寸及坡口角度:如(ru)圖4-35所(suo)示。
③. 焊接材料:E5503-B2(R302)或E5515-B2(R307),焊條直徑Φ2.5mm,焊條使用前(qian)要(yao)求(qiu)烘干。
④. 焊(han)機(ji):ZX7-400S.

2. 試件清理(li)及(ji)裝配
①. 清除(chu)坡(po)口(kou)及其兩側外表面20mm范圍內的油、銹及其他(ta)污(wu)物、直至露出金屬光(guang)澤。
②. 裝(zhuang)配:采(cai)用兩點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)定(ding)(ding)位焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)固定(ding)(ding),點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)固點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)在時(shi)鐘2點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)與(yu)10點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)位置,所用材料與(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)試件(jian)時(shi)相(xiang)(xiang)同,且點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)處的裝(zhuang)配間隙起(qi)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)處為2.0mm(另一(yi)邊間隙為3.0mm).焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)長度為10~15mm,要(yao)求焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)透并不得有(you)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)缺陷,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)點(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)兩端用砂輪(lun)機打磨出斜坡(po),以利于接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)頭。試件(jian)的錯(cuo)邊量應(ying)(ying)不大于0.5mm,保證管(guan)與(yu)管(guan)同心。將試件(jian)垂直固定(ding)(ding)于焊(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)(han)接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)架上,接(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)頭與(yu)操(cao)作者視(shi)線(xian)相(xiang)(xiang)適(shi)應(ying)(ying)為宜。
3. 焊(han)接工藝(yi)參(can)數(shu)
焊接工(gong)藝參(can)數見(jian)表4-14.

4. 操作要點及注意(yi)事項
采用三(san)層(ceng)四道焊,可分前后兩(liang)個半圈(quan)進行施焊,也可整圈(quan)進行施焊。
①. 斷弧焊(han)法打底焊(han)
引弧在(zai)(zai)時鐘6點(dian)前(qian)10mm的(de)位置坡口面的(de)一(yi)側上(shang)(shang)邊緣(yuan)。然后(hou)把電(dian)弧移(yi)至鈍邊間隙處,當鈍邊熔(rong)(rong)化后(hou),焊(han)條(tiao)向(xiang)下(xia)(xia)壓一(yi)下(xia)(xia),當聽到“噗噗”聲后(hou),立(li)即把電(dian)弧移(yi)至坡口下(xia)(xia)邊緣(yuan),形(xing)(xing)(xing)成(cheng)第一(yi)個(ge)熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)后(hou)再(zai)采用短弧以兩(liang)點(dian)擊(ji)穿(chuan)法,向(xiang)坡口上(shang)(shang)邊緣(yuan)及下(xia)(xia)邊緣(yuan)根(gen)部分(fen)別(bie)給送(song)熔(rong)(rong)滴,依次循環。在(zai)(zai)施焊(han)過程中,要首先(xian)擊(ji)穿(chuan)坡口的(de)下(xia)(xia)緣(yuan),再(zai)擊(ji)穿(chuan)坡口的(de)上(shang)(shang)邊緣(yuan),并使下(xia)(xia)熔(rong)(rong)孔在(zai)(zai)前(qian)、上(shang)(shang)熔(rong)(rong)孔在(zai)(zai)后(hou),坡口的(de)上(shang)(shang)、下(xia)(xia)邊緣(yuan)鈍邊處各(ge)要熔(rong)(rong)化1.5~2mm.弧柱(zhu)長度應透(tou)過內壁(bi)1/3左右。焊(han)接打底(di)層(ceng)時的(de)焊(han)條(tiao)水(shui)平方向(xiang)角(jiao)度,如圖(tu)4-36所示(shi)。焊(han)條(tiao)的(de)下(xia)(xia)傾角(jiao)為10°~15°,以控制熔(rong)(rong)渣(zha)和形(xing)(xing)(xing)成(cheng)熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi),并盡(jin)可能(neng)將熔(rong)(rong)池(chi)(chi)形(xing)(xing)(xing)狀控制成(cheng)為斜橢圓(yuan)(yuan)形(xing)(xing)(xing),避免出現凸(tu)圓(yuan)(yuan)形(xing)(xing)(xing)焊(han)縫(feng),因為凸(tu)圓(yuan)(yuan)形(xing)(xing)(xing)焊(han)縫(feng)容易形(xing)(xing)(xing)成(cheng)層(ceng)間夾(jia)渣(zha)及熔(rong)(rong)合不良等缺陷。

后半圈操作方法與(yu)前半圈相(xiang)同。
②. 連弧焊(han)(han)法(fa)打(da)底焊(han)(han)
在時(shi)鐘6點前10mm的(de)(de)位(wei)置(zhi),在坡(po)口一側下邊緣(yuan)引(yin)弧(hu),向(xiang)(xiang)上做(zuo)斜(xie)橢圓(yuan)形運(yun)條,向(xiang)(xiang)后(hou)的(de)(de)動作要小,向(xiang)(xiang)上的(de)(de)動作要大,并同時(shi)壓住電弧(hu),擊穿坡(po)口根(gen)部(bu)。當(dang)發(fa)出“噗(pu)(pu)噗(pu)(pu)”聲,形成(cheng)熔(rong)孔后(hou),并觀察當(dang)坡(po)口上鈍邊被熔(rong)化(hua)1.5~2mm時(shi),再向(xiang)(xiang)下方做(zuo)斜(xie)橢圓(yuan)形運(yun)條。坡(po)口下鈍邊也要熔(rong)化(hua)1.5~2mm,弧(hu)柱(zhu)長度(du)要透過內壁(bi)1/2,收弧(hu)時(shi)應將電弧(hu)帶到(dao)坡(po)口上邊緣(yuan),向(xiang)(xiang)后(hou)方提起再熄(xi)弧(hu)。接(jie)頭時(shi),應在距焊道末端10~15mm處引(yin)弧(hu),并做(zuo)斜(xie)橢圓(yuan)運(yun)條,當(dang)運(yun)到(dao)原熔(rong)池的(de)(de)1/2處時(shi),將電弧(hu)向(xiang)(xiang)管內壓、擊穿,然后(hou)再以斜(xie)橢圓(yuan)形運(yun)條法施(shi)焊。
③. 填充及蓋面焊
首先(xian)清(qing)理打底(di)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)的熔(rong)渣(zha)(zha),修平(ping)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫的凸處(chu),焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接第二層及蓋面焊(han)(han)(han)(han)時(shi),要由(you)下向上(shang)排(pai)列焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接的多道焊(han)(han)(han)(han),采用直(zhi)線運條法,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接時(shi)電流應略(lve)大一(yi)些(xie),熔(rong)池形狀應盡(jin)可能控制(zhi)為斜橢圓形。如果運條時(shi)熔(rong)渣(zha)(zha)和液(ye)態金屬混合在一(yi)起,可將電弧略(lve)為拉(la)長并向后(與(yu)焊(han)(han)(han)(han)接方向相反(fan))帶一(yi)下,熔(rong)渣(zha)(zha)就會被吹向后方,與(yu)液(ye)態金屬分離(li),使熔(rong)池保持清(qing)晰,焊(han)(han)(han)(han)縫平(ping)整。
施焊(han)時焊(han)條的(de)角(jiao)度,填充時,焊(han)條要基本保(bao)持水(shui)平位置,焊(han)條與水(shui)平軸(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)成(cheng)90°夾(jia)角(jiao)。蓋面層時,焊(han)條應與水(shui)平軸(zhou)(zhou)成(cheng)15°傾(qing)角(jiao)。下面的(de)焊(han)縫焊(han)條向下傾(qing),上面的(de)焊(han)縫焊(han)條向上傾(qing),如圖4-37所示。這樣可防止(zhi)產生咬邊,并有利于(yu)焊(han)道(dao)與母材金屬的(de)圓滑過渡。
