不銹鋼長管經過探傷后進入后續工序,加工成短管,成品管在交付前還需要最終超聲波探傷。通常情況下,成品管的長度不超過1.5m,此時對不銹鋼管的表面質量要求很高,大型的探傷設備顯然不適用。最適宜的超聲探傷方法應該采用鋼管旋轉,超聲探頭直線移動。不銹鋼短管超聲半自動探傷設備如圖5.14所示。

不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼短(duan)(duan)管(guan)置于水(shui)(shui)槽(cao)中,采(cai)用雙輥驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)方式,利用摩擦(ca)力帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)(dong)鋼管(guan)高速旋轉。為(wei)增加摩擦(ca)系數,雙輥表面包覆橡(xiang)膠。雙輥轉動(dong)(dong)(dong)、探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)分別采(cai)用伺服系統(tong)作(zuo)為(wei)原動(dong)(dong)(dong)機,探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)通(tong)過滾珠絲杠配合(he)直線導軌(gui)實現(xian)。協調好不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼短(duan)(duan)管(guan)的(de)旋轉速度及(ji)探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)速度,探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)傷(shang)螺距不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)超過探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)有(you)效探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)傷(shang)面積的(de)80%,滿足短(duan)(duan)管(guan)全(quan)長度檢測,端部不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)存(cun)在(zai)盲區。不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)銹鋼短(duan)(duan)管(guan)屬于成品管(guan),鋼管(guan)表面光(guang)潔無附著(zhu)物,因此探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)傷(shang)設備(bei)耦(ou)合(he)水(shui)(shui)可以不(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)采(cai)用循環(huan)水(shui)(shui),水(shui)(shui)槽(cao)內的(de)水(shui)(shui)每天更換一次即可。探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)傷(shang)時,操作(zuo)人員手(shou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)將短(duan)(duan)管(guan)放(fang)入水(shui)(shui)槽(cao)內,雙輥驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)鋼管(guan)高速旋轉,探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)頭(tou)(tou)(tou)直線移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong),檢測起始與結束位(wei)置交替變化,探(tan)(tan)(tan)(tan)傷(shang)完成后手(shou)動(dong)(dong)(dong)取出。
